EHCF was founded on a simple conviction: quality healthcare shouldn’t be out of reach for uninsured and underserved families, and it shouldn’t come at the cost of your principles either.

Conventional health insurance transfers risk to a for-profit insurer. We wanted something built on shared responsibility instead — a community-driven Takaful fund where families contribute to support one another, certified and audited by TASIS so every rupee is handled ethically and transparently.

That’s why we built the Family Health Benefit Scheme and EHCF Care+: two plans that keep hospitalisation, consultations, diagnostics, and medicine within reach for families who’ve been priced out or left out.

We’re still early — a small team, serving a small but growing number of families in Hyderabad.
